Our Future of Work Wheel serves as a practical reflection and development tool that can be used to analyse and specifically develop collaboration along central principles of a sustainable organisational culture.

Self-organisation vitami:m supports teams and organisations in sustainably integrating self-organisation into their day-to-day work. Together, we develop the necessary conditions and establish a work environment that supports self-organisation.
Distributed leadership Leaving leadership to managers only no longer meets the needs of today's world of work. Today, leadership can be understood as a role that can be distributed across many shoulders. vitami:m supports teams in developing a modern understanding of leadership and successfully putting this into practice. There are different levels of responsibility sharing, and we help you find out which form best suits your team. We take a needs-orientated approach and build on the strengths and skills of each individual. We use specific tools and methods to help you organise leadership as a collective task.
Role-based work Well-defined and distinct roles are the structural basis for self-organisation. In our role workshops, we develop a common understanding of role-based working and show how roles can be clearly defined, sensibly delineated and distributed in a targeted manner. The focus is on concrete implementation in everyday working life in order to promote effective and agile collaboration.
Shared purpose & direction With cultural principles and a common purpose, we provide orientation and clarity and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Communication, feedback & conflict Authentic relationships are a key success factor in the working world of the future. vitami:m supports teams in developing the necessary communication skills, feedback competences and constructive ways of dealing with conflict. In our workshops and trainings, we create a safe space for open dialogue in which individual needs are recognised, conflicts are addressed constructively and feedback is used as an opportunity for development. We support you in developing a culture in which everyone has the opportunity to contribute authentically.
Digital & hybrid collaboration vitami:m supports teams in working together successfully in digital and hybrid work contexts. We evaluate the extent to which the success factors for asynchronous collaboration are already being put into practice and actively support you in realising optimisations. We support you in developing a digital team charta to ensure that collaboration works smoothly in a remote setting.

Coaching and Sparring
Those who take responsibility and leadership for the ‘inside’ can also take responsibility and leadership for the ‘outside’. Those who are in touch with themselves can also connect with others.
vitami:m accompanies people on their path of self-development. The aim is to strengthen self-awareness, self-responsibility and self-confidence and to courageously leave the comfort zone.
