The workshop is a blend of knowledge sharing, inspiration, and reflection. Using our Future of Work Wheel, you will evaluate your current position, develop inspiring future images, and gain practical insights into shaping the next steps of your journey into the new world of work.

Embarking on a Future of Work journey means redefining leadership and relearning collaboration. vitami:m offers customised workshops and training courses on future-proof collaboration practices.

Self-Organisation

vitami:m accompanies teams and organisations in successfully implementing self-organisation and integrating it into daily collaboration. We explore the prerequisites for self-organisation and create the conditions that enable autonomy and responsibility.

Distributed Leadership

We support you in developing a digital team charter that ensures smooth and efficient collaboration in a remote setting.

vitami:m enables organisations to learn a shared culture language and to develop their culture in a targeted manner so that the potential of new forms of leadership and collaboration can be unleashed. In other words: we build the cultural basis for self-organisation.

The first step is to recognise prevailing culture patterns and determine how they influence everyday behaviour. Strengths are positively reinforced, while limiting patterns are benevolently challenged.

Coaching and Sparring

The decentralisation of leadership and responsibility goes hand in hand with a reduction in external orientation. To compensate for this, we strengthen our orientation «within», so within ourselves.
