After a 15-year career in various international companies and diverse industries, Rebekka brings her own leadership experience and extensive expertise in the areas of personal, leadership and organisational development. Dana Behrens

Nadja Kaderli
In her work with organisations, teams and individuals, Nadja combines her expertise in business psychology and economics with her 10+ years of consulting and practical experience in the areas of organisation development, culture development and agile organisation design.
Before founding vitami:m, she worked as Principal Consultant at The Culture Institute AG, Head of People & Culture at Advertima Vision AG, and in Talent and Leadership Development roles at Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland and Austria AG.
She is a certified Business Coach and holds a master’s in Social and Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
